Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at STEIXUAN INTERNATIONAL TRADE CO., LIMITED. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing our custom-made products, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All our products including custom watches and custom apparel are made-to-order and non-refundable and non-returnable once production has commenced.
Exceptions will only be considered under the following circumstances:
The product we delivered has manufacturing defects or obvious quality problems.
Our side made confirmed mistakes such as wrong engraving, wrong size or wrong custom details not caused by buyer’s wrong information.
If you meet the above conditions, you must submit a claim within 7 calendar days after receiving the goods. Please contact our customer service with your order number, photos or videos of the problem.
If your claim is approved, we will provide free replacement or full or partial refund according to the actual situation. Refunds will be returned to the original payment channel within 5-10 business days.
The following situations are not supported for return or refund:
Buyer changes mind on design, size or style after production starts.
Wrong size, wrong text, wrong address provided by the buyer.
Minor color difference or normal handmade slight deviation within industry standards.
Damage caused by improper use, man-made damage and normal wear and tear.
